Westbury drum is a good game?

Attempted battery at low prices and we saw some Westbury drum sets. I never tried one of these or heard how it sounds. I am a beginner drummer and want to know if this series is good.

Im not sure ive never heard of his predecessors. I think not. but note, "cheap" sets are hard to find, and if you're a beginner, is the way forward. You can always upgrade in the future.

Is a Pearl Export a good beginners drum set?

I came across a 7 piece Pearl Export drum set for $300.
I was wondering if it would be a good set to learn on.
The reason I was asking is because I read that it was made sometime in the 80′s.
But from what I hear, Pearl makes great stuff.
It also comes with 3 Paiste 3000 cymbals and Zildjian Scimitar hi-hats.

Should I look for something newer or does age not matter?

Any advise is appreciated.

That is a great kit, but a seven piece set has a few additional drums compared to the average kit. It may be a bit more difficult to learn on because of that. Pearl is a very reliable company, so I would not be worried about the quality or durability of your kit. The cymbals are also great to start on. For the price, it seems like you have yourself an amazing deal.
