Can you mix a metal lid with a round Hello B8 B20, or vice versa?

I have a beautiful pair of 14 "Hats Sabian Pro with its quite good even if B8 bronze leaf, but do not know if I should get a ride Sabian Pro used to play or I can use a Avedis Zildjian Ping ride?
